This rope has a balanced construction, medium lay with moderate stretch and resistance to UV rays. Polypropylene Splitfilm offers even better hand knot-ability. The 3 stand construction offers high strength.However, resistance to abrasion is lower.

This lightweight, durable, economical rope exhibits excellent resistance to oil, rot and most common chemical.

Polypropylene or PP ropes also float, and have a density of around 0.91. The melting point of polypropylene is 165°C. Elongation at break: approx. 25%
